In a normal season, to end up with the third best record (tied) in the league and the second best (tied) in your conference, you are usually rewarded with a team on the rise (like Bucks this year) or a team on the opposite side of the horizon ( Grizzlies last year). You can feast on them and prepare yourself for the bigger battles that lie ahead.
