Just remember your running shoes should be the prime concern as the wrong one can make your running miserable.
Search for a secure, comfortable fit through the midfoot. There should be little or no slipping at the heel. Nearly, thumb’s width space must be between the tip of the shoe and end of your longest toe.
Never forget to replace the shoe every 3 to 6 months or running for about 500 miles.
The biggest mistake people do is to find shoes that are too tight. You may have injuries like enlargement of the bone toe, acorn, crimping of toe etc. Also, never use new shoes for your first run.
The fit is what counts.
